C250 sport or e220cdi classic help needed

Hello,
I have been looking at cars and have started to narrow them down to buy, I have a short list
C250 98 REG SPORT FOR AROUND £3000 80,000MLS
E220 CDI CLASSIC Y REG FOR £5495
C CLASS C220 CDI 3DR COUPE FOR £6300 93,000MLS
ALL DIESEL AUTOMATIC'S.
Just want to know your opinion on what is the best value and realiability.

If C250 is with turbo it would be my choice. 5 cyl has a nice sound and is pretty decent with 150 hp. Not as economical as 220 but has more character

Just remember to check possible rust under rubber seals of all doors...

As an owner of a C250TD Sport I'd say go for that.
Mine has 131k on clock owned it over 3 years no real problems just wear and tear.
New battery fitted recently not bad since it was the original from 1998. Fuel leak and lines needed replaced - nothing serious normal wear and tear.
Mine has no rust under the rubber seals around the doors, but it does have some on bottom corners. Really pleased with car great drive and performance smile when I drive it.

I have a C250TD on a 'T' plate with 124k had for 2 years now and it goes like a dream, nice growling 5 pot engine and turbo whistle, plenty of grunt and 38mpg+ on a run and about 35mpg on mixed driving, no expense yet except for the usual oil filter changes i do mine every 5k, needs glowplugs now as mine have finally packed up still starts unassisted tho no probs!

would recommend it
