hi does any one have a heater diagram? also how does the the front panel come out of the dash? and where are the steeper motors.Is the system electric or vacuum?many thanks.martin

There are 7 stepper motors. 3 behind the radio area, 1 above parkbrake, 1 in similar area but higher & more difficult to see, 2 on NS behind pass, airbag (dash out). All electric. I believe all are the same part number. There are also various cogs/arms that came be replaced with them.

Many thanks type49 once-again! do you know which one controls air flow to the foot-wells?Were would you start? also on first start up you can hear a loud solenoid clicking from behind the center dash (30 seconds) this has only just started with the air flow problem many thanks.martin

The clicking noise is usual when one of the motors/cog/rods is faulty. Can't remember what one controls the footwell flaps off hand, might be able to find out in the next couple of days though.
