Sorry to confuse with earlier request but I need to remove the small cubby hole beneath the radio on my car. I want to pass some wires through for my satnav and radar detector. It feels like it is only clipped in but I am afraid to tug too hard in case i'm wrong (usually am). Do I have to remove dashboard etc. or is there an easy way.
Cheers!

You need to remove the gear selector surround, then the trim between the armrest and the ash tray then the ash tray. then undo the bolts or the clips holding in the bottom of the fascia. Next remove the heater vents above the fascia then unbolt the screws securing the top of the fascia. Carefully pull fascia away, disconnecting the A/C wires. Do not disconnect the hazard switch row wires otherwise you will have a fault come up. Unscrew the audio10 and gently pull. Once its out about 2 inches, the cubby hole under it drops away.

Pictures etc can be found Here

Reassembly is the reverse of the above.
