c270 heater air/heat direction problem

Hi usual problem 2002 c270 no airflow to the front window (de-mist) no heat control (hot all the time) can any one recommend somewhere in the watford?hemel hempstead (herts) area to get it fixed many thanks.Martin

Thank you for your help i have just tried the reset procedure it gets as far as the two led's (recirculate and defrost) flashing alternately and does not proceed from there regardless how long you leave it.
Is there anything else i could try?
