C300 COMAND Navigation - Search by Name??

Hello All,

Does anyone have a COMAND navi that they can try something for me? I have an 08 C300 Sport with the COMAND system and for some reason when I use SEARCH BY NAME under POI's is pulls up whatever I'm looking for in another state. The other day I try to find a Starbuck's using SEARCH BY NAME and it pulled it up in Alabama and I live in NY! Can someone test it for me because I've been back and forth to the dealer and they said you can't search by name. This doesn't make sense because there is an option for search by name and it obviously works but it's just not pulling in my area. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry, wish I could help here but we havn't had any experience of the USA 08 comand units (yet)!
