C320 transmission fuse blown

Hi, can anyone offer a suggestion as to why the transmission fuse blows on my 200 C320 petrol. The car is locked in 2 gear as a result, the fuse only blow now and again but always locked in 2nd gear. I have ruled out TCM and gear selector module and conductor plate and front SAM! I have run out of ideas so would appreciate any suggestions anyone has that they think may be the cause. Gary
