C350e android auto options

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a product that allows me to add android auto to my c350e without having to go through major upgrades of the satnav/entertainment system? Is there a plug and play option on the market that anyone could recommend, ideally one that plugs into the cars existing USB?

If your car has 2 usb ports or 1 usb port with a picture of a phone on it on the center arm rest area, it can be coded in.

I will check and see what's on the USB ports, I will post a pic here. What's involved with recoding it?

It may be possible to enable with an eBay plug in dongle. Although we do it with the factory mb tools to recode.
