C350e starting issues

So I started to drive my c350e and it started to cut out , then it stopped I tryed to start it but it just cranked over with out it firing up , ended up getting it recovered home, so I'm looking at the pump in the tank as it's making a funny sound ,as any one had any issues with pump it's a 2016 many thanks

YEs they do fail. Check the pressures before assuming something though.

Just a little update on car issues so today my fuel pump arrived put it on and all seems well touch wood, you mentioned xentry were can I get them from iv see them on eBay but not sure if that's what I need, also do I need a interface to contact to car , and is it easy to install ?

Is there a gray clip on the other side to the green on if so that one pulls out , have you released the pressure in pump by pulling the plug on top of unit then run engine till it cuts out , the you should be able to get black fuel pipe off .

Thanks for your reply. I got a couple of other quick answers on another thread. Seems the green clip is pushed in to release and I was trying to pull out

No worries hope you get it sorted, I got a replacement unit from a breakers yard at Macclesfield for £180.00 sound alot put Mercedes quoted @£350, but that was on a six week back order , hopefully you will get it sorted
