C36 Cigarette Lighter

Hi I have just bought an M 1994 C36 , However I have noticed what looks like the Cigarette lighter hole is a lot smaller than the convensional size. Is this normal? can I get an adaptor? You can Imagine how usefull this is as I need it for my Sat Nav device.

What an OE fag lighter?


"OE" Original Equipment? - It's not the conventional size. so I can't plug my sat nav into it Any suggestions on how to fix? maybe an adaptor or something or a speacialist anyone can recommend...

The cig lighter sockets are a standard size to my knowledge , check there is not a removable sleeve stuck in the hole, otherwise buy another from any accessory shop and replace the existing one.
