I have seen many threads on this page on various AMG models and unfortunately not been able to find anyone who has had a similiar issue to mine.
I hope you fellow AMG members can help.
I purchased a AMG C43 2017 6 months ago. Only 20K miles. I am the second owner, great spec and options and i really enjoy the car.
Unfortunately i have a lack of power. My car has the upgraded centre screen so i can see HP / Torque on the engine data setting.
Shortly after purchasing the car i gave it back in for a lack of power - given in many times and to 2 different MB Dealers - as i have used warranty.
Each time they said its fine so i a tech for a spin and he confirmed something was wrong.
To cut the long story short, the AMG performance exhausts valves at the back have been replaced as they were stiff and also the wiring harness to them as the dealers found it was supplying lower voltage to the exhaust flaps.
Its been in again and still no error codes and a tech case has been raised.
I have a lack of power on the centre screen and can feel its not right. Sometimes the gauges is bouncing a little and even dropping under full acceleration.
No boost leaks - i have checked the boost pipe. Now performance exhaust works as it should and the flaps open.
The car is driven daily and i do cover many miles.
Is there anything anyone can advise that can be checked?
