According to videos on youtube, all the windows drop down first when you activate the retract button, mine does not. All else functions, is it part of the module 124 820 45 26? They are not avalable any more but they can be refurbished.

Hi, I recently replaced the seals in all my cab roof pistons, and had to remove the hood completely to get to one obstinate (*&%$#) nut. On reassembly several of the micro switches had to be fettled to restore the top action. However, if none of your windows are retracting it would seem likely they are not getting the required signal from the control module. I would image there must be some test that can be applied to the module and connections before you contemplate refurbishment. Do you have a code reader? We checked the code block for the soft top which is in the passenger footwell and cleared all the codes when we carried out our brief troubleshoot. You might learn something from the codes.
