Cannot Access Internet

I used to be able to access the internet on my car system, using Bluetooth from my Phone.
However, for a while now although the Mercedes screen gives an indication it is trying to connect, it eventually comes back saying it has failed.
Are there any tricks to get this working again?

Prob some kind of up date... Be careful what might come with that. If you are paying the costs.

I have a feeling that in-car internet access via the phone was scrapped a while back. I never managed to get mine to work faster than a snail anyway so just used the phone instead.

Mine is OK in the 213 for what little I use it. I recall you have to create a hotspot pairing on the COMAND system and connect to it on your phone when you need it. Mine works but heaven knows how I set it up initially but surprisingly for me, I did! Should be in your manual though.
