So my Mercedes Me account is now linked to my vehicle and my 'services' have now all been activated and all is good there.
So I logged onto the Mercedes Me Portal so I could have a look at the vehicles service history and this is the page I get when I click on Vehicle Dashboard:
So please contact your dealer and It seems you have no registered service yet. First things first, just before I collected the car it was serviced and I was provided with the Digital Service Report from the service which has a SecCode which I can't find where to enter on the site.
Secondly, when I go to book a new service, I can see that the vehicles last recorded mileage is there so there is clearly a history. The only thing I would say is the car had a private plate previously, so I don't know if this might be something to do with it. It's turning into a bit of a farce just to see the service history at this point which I know is there.
