Can't find service history?

So my Mercedes Me account is now linked to my vehicle and my 'services' have now all been activated and all is good there.

So I logged onto the Mercedes Me Portal so I could have a look at the vehicles service history and this is the page I get when I click on Vehicle Dashboard:

So please contact your dealer and It seems you have no registered service yet. First things first, just before I collected the car it was serviced and I was provided with the Digital Service Report from the service which has a SecCode which I can't find where to enter on the site.

Secondly, when I go to book a new service, I can see that the vehicles last recorded mileage is there so there is clearly a history. The only thing I would say is the car had a private plate previously, so I don't know if this might be something to do with it. It's turning into a bit of a farce just to see the service history at this point which I know is there.

You are in the right place. Mine shows my two previous services. It may just be that your details haven’t yet updated. From experience, Mercedes Me can take a long while to catch up. i would give it a while and then call the Mercedes Me help desk if you still don’t see anything. In the past, you did need the SecCode to access details but they seem to have done away with this, at last.

Thanks, that is somewhat reassuring at least. Thankfully the 'Product Specialist' at Mercedes in Edinburgh is getting the service team to send over the full history for me. Absolutely baffled as to why I can't see it on the portal however.

Since I am here, I noticed when opening the apps on MBUX that it now just says 'Content cant be loaded' when it worked previously. Do I need to purchase internet top up in services? I thought it would just use my mobiles 4G.

I don’t know the MBUX system, I’m afraid, but if it’s anything like mine, you usually get some services for free for the first three years via the inbuilt SIM and then it becomes payable. But then, I think some of my apps work via my phone 4G but they work so slowly that I have never used them! Perhaps your “Product Specialist” may be able to help.
