cant get my rear headrest off

ok nicky please dont bite my balls off... i have another problem.. i cant get my rear headrests off.. one will come off the other two wont ,, please stop me from getting the angle grinder out..how can i get them off.. i really want to fold my seats down... thank you in advance. I am very grateful for all the help i have been getting.

Hi There is a release button which can be felt through the fabric on the rear of the seats. You need to press it and pull the head rest up and out.
