Looking for a good waterproof car cover for my SL 500 Autumn and Spring when she's not used as much. Any recommendations please. (Have arranged a garage for when salt goes down)

Indoor ones are generally not particularly waterproof.
My. 129 lives under the storm force version of this:

Admittedly it's inside but it's been under it for 9 months now and it's all good and protected from pigeon shite etc.

I bought the Concours Luxor Premium for my R231 two years ago based on the Auto Express review. You can find cheaper but I have been really pleased with it. It is designed to fit the car precisely, is in the same condition now as when new with no fading etc and has a soft facing so no issues with scratching the paintwork. My car lives in a garage under this cover but there are tie downs so I imagine you could secure it if left outside - I have never tried.
