Car does not creep!

Hey guys, I have 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA 45 AMG 63,000 miles just purchased about a week ago. And the car has no creep. When I put it in drive it doesn’t go forward until I give it some gas. Same thing in reverse. Any advice is much appreciated

I understand that all A and B Class are automated manuals.
TC Boxes are on C Class and upwards.

Pretty normal for latest generation automatic gearboxes.

They say that a later VAG DSG gear box will creep .... though the Passat I drove years ago did not.

Mine creeps forward and reverse. In fact reversing up an incline to my garage I don't touch the throttle at all.
What I did notice with this gearbox compared with my previous car (Audi S3), there is at least a couple of seconds delay before my car starts to creep after selecting a gear.
