hey guys, big problem!
i took my car two days ago early to have a health check, ok all done they say the car is fine apart from one split hose (turbo to intercooler) so i buy a new one and decide to fit it the next day, on my way home stopped at a mates house, and about half an hour later went back to start my car and it just turnes over and over, next day in the morning change the split turbo to intercooler pipe and the car still doesnt work! so i then try putting brake cleaner into the inlet (a mate of mine merc tech told me to do this) done this the car starts but idles really rough and doesnt go over 3000rpm (safe mode?) so i bring it home and now it refuses to start without brake cleaner, had it on diagnostics after this happened and it shows no faults, any ideas?
