Hello there, a quick query about the audio 20 system in my E200 [W211] ; no cd player , its doing my head in listening to old tapes. I have a chance to get an audio 50 head unit ; is this possible to install in my car. Thanks.

probably. I believe the audio 20 tape units had the same Audio gateway in the boot setup as the Audio 50 and command units so it should just pop in. Cd based audio 20s have them integrated.
So it should fit. You will need someone with a star unit to tell the car it has satnav though.
Failing that, lots of MP3/ipod integration options or just get yourself a cd changer to go in the magic drawer under the stereo. Some even play MP3s too.
