Hi can anyone shed some light on a query about to purchase 2019 c class estate SE trim. The dealer state does not come with CarPlay, but I have read on line that all trims from 2019 onwards has CarPlay. Any owners out there that can help? If not standard what is best way to install. Many thanks

Hi. Hoping someone can shed some light on this for me. About to purchase C class estate 180SE 2019. Dealer states no CarPlay but I have read that all levels of trim have CarPlay as standard from 2019. Does anyone have same type of car and can tell me ? If not standard what is the best way to install CarPlay. Thank in advance

It maybe that your car was manufactured prior to 2019 and was registered in that year. Will be worth checking that too.

Give these guys a call with the car VIN number. They will advise you:

If it doesn't it may just be a software unlock (but by a pro such as Comand)
Will cost a few quid if so but would be factory ( my 2016 has Car play but not Android, but that can be unlocked)

It was available from 2018 facelift w205, but may have been an option that was not picked when new?
