Cat and Exhaust

Any ideas how much it will cost to get the exhaust or/and the Cat changed on a CLK200 Komp?

We all know what the expensive option is..................
My initial thoughts would be to price one fm Euro and get a friendly Indy to fit, whatever I did would'nt involve Kick Fit though..
