Cd Cassette stuck

Hi All
My CD Cassette is stuck in the changer. Access dorr opens and green light comes on but cassette is not ejected. Anyone know how I can get it out please?

I would disconnect the power going to it first,,then power up again to see if it will re set.

Now working fine. Had to take the unit out but then managed to extract the cassette.
