hi,
It is probably better to ask the seller if the unit has a fibre optic connection (D2B). If not, it's safer to bid on a Merc CD changer. models 3110 and 3111 are suitable for the Comand system. these can be had for £150 to £200 on Ebay. The only extra bits needed are the Fibre optic cable and the power supply cable (about £50 for both from main dealer) depending on the length required.
