Bit of a long shot and very short notice, but wondered if anyone can help.
Does anyone know what CD Changer would fit the radio/cassette in my w124? I may have a chance to purchase one tomorrow (a Becker Silverstone 7680) at a discounted price, but have no idea if head unit and changer are compatible.
To make matters more complicated, I do not have the car at home currently to check sockets/plugs/adapters on the back of the unit (and it won't be back until next week, which will be too late), nor do I have the head units manual (doh!), but its the same as the attached photo (that I have pinched from an ebay item)
I also have an example photo of the lead from the Becker CD changer of the actual plug that would have to go into the back of my head unit.
Does anyone have the same head unit with a CD changer added that can help, or does anyone have the same head unit that could pop it out and see if there is a socket for the plug in the picture?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
