Central Locking Fault ?

Can anyone help ? Today went to my 1995 c180 esprit as normal pushed the remote and the green light on the door handle flashed as normal but no doors opened .
I unlocked the passenger door climbed in started the car and opened the drivers door but still the central locking is dead .
Has anyone any ideas where to begin and am I looking at an expensive repair ?

I think you should look at a vacuum problem.

hi mate, could be a fuse,but im sure you would of checked that??
