Central locking not working

Hi,

I have a P-Reg C180 and its my first Mercedes, its been great up until now!!! The key fob isn't working anymore, I've changed the batteries but still no joy!!!:-(

Could anyone help me?? Do I need to reprogramme the fob or get a new one??

Please Help!!!!

If this is your only key, you could take out the PCB and check to see if the tactile switches have broken away from the PCB, they can be re soldered.

The light was still working on the fob so it just need to be re synced with the car, and the info I need was on the page you guided me to.
