central locking pump on eclass 94 estate.please

Hi ,could anyone tell me where the central locking pump is on a e class estate 94 please..........many thanks

I think it is under the back seat drivers side.

Central locking pump

It's on the passenger side. To get to it, lift & remove the rear squab, pull up the kick plate (it pulls off upwards) and pull off the trim strip the goes from under the kick plate up the rear of the door opening. Tease off a few of the white plastic clips that hold the edge of the carpet then pull the carpet up. The pump's in a big block of foam about 4" in from the edge of the car. It's not very easy to get at!

Yes. There's a barely-noticeable lump in the carpet which is the pump. If you squish it you'll find it compresses - that's the foam block the pump is encased in

Sorry it is drivers side in the 210 and 201 and i thought it was drivers on 124
