My centre console only illuminates when i give the instruments a damn good slap. the controls that dont illuminate are the aircon and cabin environment control. the fan speed dial, temp dial and direction dial as well as the aircon buttons. does anyone know how to get to the back of the dials? do they just pull of or is it something more tricky? theres obviously a loose connection or similar fault. i asume most MB'S use the same equipment. (S-reg 1998)
