Change front/ rear pads ML270 Help please

I've changed lots of pads on other makes.I'm changing front and rears at 29000 on my wife's ML. I've ordered own brand pads to Euro spec from a UK specialist.Any particular issues on the ML?

I assume you can just push back the calipers with giant flat blade screwdriver, and watch the brake fluid doesn't overflow from the reservoir or is it more complicated?

Yes it has a bog standard braking system although they do give problems with brake noise
