changer cables

hi there
just got another W210 52 plate estate and as this one has an audio 10 in the dash I purchased (all right from e-bay, i didnt want to pay the stealership price) a changer for the boot.
I now need the fiber optic and wake up cables, so does anybody know where i can get them from without paying through the nose at the main dealer (cant find any on e-bay!)

I am in the same situation with my W210 E320CDI. I have found this comapny in the states that does the mains cables

I think you will find that these cables are not that expensive from MB, get a price you maybe pleasently surprised.
