changing cds from steering controls

Has anyone got a C class with a golve box cd changer and can change cds from the steering controls.

I have some replies to say that I will have to go to Mercedes to have my cd changer activated and then I will be able to change cds. Is this correct?

I have a Mercedes installed CD changer in the glove compartment of my C200 CDI and can not change CD's via the steering wheel controls...only able to change tracks.
To change CD's I have to use the buttons on the Audio 10 unit above or below the on/off button.
