Changing gear oil

Hi folks, following a recent visit to my dealer, i was advised it would be an idea to change my gearbox oil, he said i would need a filter and gasket, can i do this job or is it for a professional? The car is a 1994, C200 W202.Auto 115000 mls, Think it should be changes every 36000. Also my drivers electric window is a bit lazy, any ideas? And lastly my backbox has fell off on one side i think it may be a rubber but cant see where it fits on, your help will be greatly appreciated!! PS What is the difference with the Sport and economy? Still needs alloy wheels!!

Yes you can do it yourself,,there is a good DIY in the DIY section.Every 40-50k miles is fine.

The shift points are higher on both upward and downward changes in S mode, you can kickdown into first in either mode
