Changing Speakers in 1997 w210 E Class

I'm trying to change the speakers in my 1997 w210 e class but can't seem to find how the covers come off all the doors. I have also noticed the speaker grill in the dashboard doesn't have a speaker in it? So I need to try and remove this cover too. Can anyone shed light on this? All help much appreciated.

Maybe someone else can give you more info, but you could find your car by using the first 6 numbers of your VIN.

Go to doors, and then coverings, all of the screw and clips are shown.
