Can anybody give me some advice on changing the coolant/anti freeze on my Vito 112 CDI as it's very low and needs changing?

If i remmeber there is a drain tap on the bottom right of the radiator, its a red screw like tap. if not then a bottom hose will have to be taken off to realese the coolant!!

Nice, I've managed to drain it, flush it and re-fill it with 50:50 anti-freeze and water.

The only problem is the Vito manual says the capacity is 11 litres, I've only been able to get 8 litres back in. I've driven it for a while but the level doesn't seem to change.

Can anyone advise please?

There's really only 2 thins it can be. Either an air lock somewhere, which you'll probably find by something not getting warm, something getting too warm or sudden changes in temperature. Or it wasn't completely drained in the first place.

Have you tried massaging the pipes out of the radiator with the engine running, to burp any air out?

That will be about right, to get the rest out you would of had to undo the block drain plug aswell but for a change it isnt really nessesery.
