Is there a way to charge a vito w639 battery under bonnet without having to remove the passenger seat.

Don’t know about the Vito but most cars have a positive terminal under a red cover and a negative earth post nearby.

red capped +ve terminal inside the fuse box (under the bonnet). -ve terminal just nearby (not in fusebox).
