chassis shaking beyond 140kmh

my 1991 230e now rattle steadily, especially noticeable from both front seats... stearing...floor where brake and acc. pedal are. This happens only when i am driving the car at or beyond 140kmh.

could this be a body frame mounting problem?

Sounds like the wheels need to be balanced. Any tyre shop should be able to do it.
