"Check Tyres - Then Reactivate" ???

Yesterday I had low pressure in my right real tire on my 2005 SLK200. This was indicated by a red warning that said something about not enough air.

Anyway, I topped up the tire and went on my way. The next time I started the car a message popped up saying "Check Tyer - Then Reactivate".

I don't know what this "Reactivate" means and how do do it. The tire pressure is fine so how do I "Reactivate"?

Hello there, in your convenience menu your have a reactivate tyre pressure set it to yes and press the adjust button in the cluster

My 2005 SLK 200 does not have the Comand system...rather the Audio 20 one.

The feature is in the convenience menu,not Command, its the menu where you can set options in the dash. Do you have steering wheel switches

Malcolm, I went through all the "convenience" options and I could not find anything about tires.

Yes, I have steering wheel switches....those things that let you drive in "Manual".

The manual was not very helpful.
