Hi

Can anyone help- I've looked all around, hell, even resorted to reading the manual, but I can't find the childproof locks for the rear doors on a W204

Thanks in advance

Keith

Normally in the rear edge of the back door, near the latch is a small slot. Use a metal key to push the little slider inside up or down.
I doubt mb will have ommitted the child locks so I'm pretty sure it will be there.

Thanks for the replies, guys

No usual lever, but there is indeed a slot. I'll investigate it later. Looks a bit like a paint chipping operation. Strange the manual doesn't mention it.

The question only arose a day or two ago, when my wife mentioned that our granddaughter will be in a regular seat belt before we realize it.

Thanks again

Keith
