Having money does not make one a nice person automatically.
Nor a good driver----whereas Sabine...

Good! Useless egotistical prick ruined the show. Trying to be Clarkson was his biggest downfall.
I have to say if Sabine flashed her breasts and exposed herself to me I would not make a complaint...if only
Who is Brian Johnston other than the guy who lives up the road from me...and he knows sod all about cars. He drives a Saab.

Also presented 'Cars that rock'

Whatever the merits of Brian Johnson, a big rethink is required at the BBC if another series is to be made of Top Gear.
In its present format, the same as the JC, RH and JM era, it doesn't work. The presenters are wrong, and everyone expects it to be like before and it never will be.
Evans has thankfully resigned, Matt Le Blanc is OK ,but sounds like he is reading from a tele prompter every time he speaks, Sabine is too one dimensional (excellent driver, but not a TV presenter by any means) and Chris Harris is trying too hard.
Star in a reasonably priced car is boring along with any reference to Stig. Cut out the stupidity, JC can't be beaten for that, give us more reviews without the fancy camera work and think about the specials.
Give us interesting guests with some kind of motoring connection and it could work. As it is, its a lost cause IMHO.
I don't see why May and Hammond could not return, all we'd need then is a big non-PC idiot with attitude .... or how about a secret guest presenter each week like they do on "Have I got news for you"? - Clarkson did that once.
