CL 230 AMG - Instruction Manual

I recently bought a 2004 CL 230 AMG kompressor sportcoupe (1800 cc).
Everything is fine but I have any handbook/instruction manual.
Can anybody help me with a scan or an electronic version of such a manual...preferably in english or french?

I think that Mercedes only keep them for a few years, Ebay often has such things and I have always got what I wanted even though it may mean a little wait
