Hi all.
I know I’ve mentioned replacing the drivers door handle in my car before.
I was recommended a company that I could send the handle too for an overhaul and repair but sadly it appears they’re no longer trading.
Does anybody know if the handles can be repaired?
Mine works fairly well when unlocking, but 99% of the time refuses to work when I press the black button on the handle to lock the car.
I know it’s a first world problem but I’d love to have my pride and joy fully working.
Are there a decent Mercedes Breakers in the U.K. I could approach with a view to getting a replacement handle?
I think the paint colour is Brilliant Silver but I guess any suitable working handle will be fine as I can easily get it painted.
Or indeed if you have a working drivers door handle I can buy I’d be very interested.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.
