CL500 Issue with ECU? Please help!

Hi, thank you for checking up this post. I have CL500 w215 my2000 and have EML light coming up. well, its on all the time, star says errors p0444 p0141 and p0161.

These are purge valve, and two 02 sensors past cat.

now, i have replaced all 3 with known good used parts, but to no resolution, been told and suspecting myself that ecu could be the issue here, however i wanted to see if an one had similar experience?

Have yoi cleared codes after replacing said parts.

Hi Mioba,

thank you for your reply, yes i did clear the codes, and if i remove all wires from ecu and connect them back, error light stays out, for first engine run, if i turn it off and on again, eml comes back up and stays, until i clear codes/remove ecu wires...
