Hello,
So I have read lots of stuff on this subject. Everything was fine with the car but after a Mot the ABC warning message was displayed. A left plunger fault appeared but comes and goes intermittently and level calibration fault is present. I have read that adjusting the corners of the car via the F buttons to change the voltages will change the inclination angles as they are wrong apart from one. The angles stay the same regardless of the strut at maximum or minimum length. The readings I have are...the only one to accept an entered value is the osf. Can’t understand why there is so much variation unless the level sensors have become seized? Please help.

level sensors do seize on many vehicles with this style of suspension set up , you could try raising the car and spraying each sensor arm with penetrating fluid and then some decent spray grease , see if the car responds differently ?

A seized level sensor should give an ABC error and dash warning.

There are sensors internally on each strut also...when they go wrong it's a new ram.

I read somewhere that the plunger could be changed, anyone know how?

Yes, mine was done on the 55, can't remember if the strut is removed to change or not?
It was my mate Giles who did this.
