CL500/W215 Keyless Go Locking via Door handles issue

Hi

Unlocking with my keyless works perfectly fine but to lock none of the door buttons unlock! The only way to unlock is via the button in the boot.

Is this a common fault and is there some part in the door/door handle which needs fixing? where do I start?

Indie suggested replacing the door handle ... which I'm not willing to do until I have a look myself.

suggestions please?

I have sent you the door handle paper,,you may need one to get the door liner off.

You must be able to squirt some non drying switch cleaner into the button

Clk Drivers door Handle

Hi I've got a similar problem. The passenger door and boot work fine, but the keyless drivers door has problems. At first it locked fine but wouldn't unlock, now it doesn't lock either. Any ideas?

Get where your coming from Type49, had to read that a few times myself, still dont make sence!!!!!!
