I am looking for a good auto electrician to get to the bottom of my power drain issue any one can help? Live in prenton Wirral
Thank you I will look him upThanks Matt
Martin, not sure of a specialist auto electrician per se but worth contacting Dave at MD Motorcare in Ellesmere Port, he’s an MB specialist but also knows his way around the trade so if he can’t get to the bottom of your drain I’m sure can recommend someone
I have replaced it this afternoon so I will seeDon’t discount a faulty battery.
Get it load tested.
I had one fail at 9months......
You might be best to follow up with a call, to be honest he’s never been great in answering mails quickly but doesn’t mind being called ....I have emailed the garage see if I can get in

I don’t know I have not measured it but 4-5 days standing it won’t startHow big is the drain? Mine was 3.3A and due to the alternator voltage regulator...
About 0.3A then. Could be the COMAND not going to sleep- a likely scenario.I don’t know I have not measured it but 4-5 days standing it won’t start
