CL65 biturbo spotted

I recall discussion of these rare beasts and saw one the other day (silver) at Mercedes Benz Hampstead service department - was sitting outside.

Very impressive and can imagine that it goes like the proverbial!

CL65 ownership

Last year I unfortunately bought a new CLK 63, a big dissapointment, just
did not feel like an AMG with mediocre looks. I have a SL55 but have always
fancied 612 BHP and CL65 exclusivity and the fact that last year around August several came up between 55 and 65K what a saving. I bought the only
one at a Merc dealer with extended warranty. This car is easily the best car
I have ever owned, the looks the pace the comfort the build,you can stick
your Astons and Porsche's When I first got it it had several problems, I put this down to non use. A month after I bought mine there were non left, and their still isn't, so I don't expect to loose too much when/ if it ever goes.
This car makes you get up in the morning, it begs to be driven and I love it.
2 small moans, the brakes are a bit soggy ( but so are the SL55, probably
fly by wire ) and the other is, it has so much ****** power it;s difficult
getting the rear wheels to stick under full power, even on dry good tarmac.
I would certainly pay 150K new if I was allowed, wonder what the new CL65
is like. Stu.
