Cla 45 engine is switching off

Hi ,
i have problem with my cla 45 amg 2014 after crash engine is starting but when im trying to put in D or R engine is switching off nd then i need unplug battery to start engine again anybody know where can be a problem?

Where are you based OP. Seems you will need a specialist too look closely as there could be some damage after the crash you mention and something could well be loose.

Hmmm... if the car runs fine in neutral, then it sounds like something in driveline may be out as a result of shunt. Without knowing more detail, I'd suggest getting an Indie to inspect?

I cant start car even on neutral i can start car only when is on parking when im trying to start on D N R then engine is switching off and to start again i need unplug battery because then dont have power

Looks like something internal to the gearbox has been shunted, what was the circumstances of the accident?

Cars are very clever now. It wont let you start the car as to probably prevent further damage

OP where are you based.

May be worth asking an indy near you to collect the car and put it back together.

front wheel been bend ( i change suspension parts ), rear wheel been bend ( i change wishbone ) so when i unplug - on battery then when i will connect again i can start car but when im trying to change to any gear then engine is switching off and i can hear some kind of alarm noise i dont know is kind of car is detecting crash or some kind of that but i cant find reason of that and on dash is coming PRE-SAFE functions limited see owners manual, airbags are good

Pre safe warning is because your bonnet pins have been fired and your collision prevention assist module has a problem (been changed?)

i dont have that collision prevention assist module , you think it can be a problem , and i didnt change yet bonnet pins

It does look like its unplugged based on the codes. No, thy won't cause your symptoms.

Was this your car in an accident or did you buy the car from lovely co part (write off).

OP as mentioned where are you based. With that damage and those errors you will need the car at a MB indy.

Although you can do the mechanical work, bolt on bolt off, code reading and nailing down faults needs to be done

yes is copart car i been trying to read codes by autel 808mk but is not showing anything interesting

Asked a few times of your location to try and point you indirection of a good garage, wont bother anymore.
