Cla transmission problem

Hi guys I have a CLA 180 and I was driving at 90mph and I put my foot down and my car over reved and didn’t change gear… immediately I got a sign saying “without changing gear consult workshop” I had to pull up on the hard shoulder and reset the transmission.

This happened again at high speed the other day, what can I do about this?

What is the problem?
