CLC180K - phone connector?

Hi guys
Mercedes CLC180K (2008) CL203 model. Anyone know if this connector under the lid between the front seats is for a phone cradle? Does it require a special cradle? My W211 E-class phone cradle is hard wired into the centre console. Thanks.

That's what's called a UHI connector suitable for an appropriate MB phone cradle (if they do one for your phone) or the correct bluetooth adapter. Your best bet is to contact comand.co.uk with your VIN (and your wish list!) so they can look up your build sheet and tell you what is possible, what you need for each option, and can quite possibly supply as well! I have that in my S204 but have Samsung Galaxy A10 phone so there's nothing suitable from MB, thankfully I have Comand so that connects via bluetooth for phone calls without an adapter on the UHI!
