Reinstall in reverse order. An extra hand is helpful but not absolutely necessary.
Make sure the door cable sits correctly in the holder or the handle will protrude.
Notes on speaker grills- to remove- Use a drill to drill out the melted plastic pins.
Place new grill in. Melt the plastic pins to hold it in place (why didn’t they just use screws?).
I’m, not sure if it’s absolutely necessary to melt them, but I think they may protrude to much if they
aren’t flush.
I heated up an old kitchen knife on the stove and used that to melt the pins. One came undone
when I had to pull the panel off to fix the placement of the cable, and I spent another hour
sourcing some glue dammit.
And as always, make sure the key is out to avoid any possibility of generating any SRS errors.
