Clear engine check light?

Hi is it possible for me to stop the engine check light from being lit?

does 19 hard restarts mean anything? I was told this is what i need to do but im not sure what that means?

Most of the time the light will have to be reset with a star daignostic machine,
or it will go out on its own, there is no procedure unfortunatly.
